97 a4 C5 with TC/ABS problems

97 a4 C5 with TC/ABS problems Hope some one can help me? I have the following codes that keep coming back on a 97 A4.
PCM
P1571 this code is a always there no matter what, from the forum I think it is normal for a 97
P1626
P1644
BCM
B0844
U1040
IPC
U1040
Radio
U1016
I have run through the shop manuals and it looks like I am loosing power to the PCM/BCM or the data link connector is loose. Where are the Star connectors 1 and 2 located?
Car runs great but the ABS/TC cuts out with a Mind of it's own?
Anyone else had this problem?
