Recovering PCM with HPT v1.6

Default Recovering PCM with HPT v1.6
One of my friends was taking off his Hypertech and communication was lost during the process. His pcm is now gone and would hate to send it off to Hypertech. I have a stock bin file for an 03 Siverado/Sierra. Is there a way to recover back his pcm with hp tuners v1.6?

Try doing a full VCM re-write using that stock bin
