Default Experts I Need Your Help, Car Acting Crazy [HP Tuner Log File Inside]

I returned my car back to stock today because I will be buying a Z06 in the near future. Now I basically have the stock cam, stock intake, stock tune, stock pulley installed. Still left on the car I have Long tubes, true duals, no cats, no air, no egr and stall

I am getting a really lean condition (A/F 17+) at idle and the car stumbles (sometimes dies). When driving the car the A/F is dead on (for stock) at 14.6. The car idles fine for a few seconds at 14.6 and then drops down to 17 along with the rpms. Even if im slowing down the a/f still stays at 14.6, its only after the car idles for a few seconds that the problem exists. There are no SES or DTC codes reported by the PCM.

The log (see link below) was made after I reset the battery. If you look at 53 seconds into the log it jumps from 0 to 127 mph with 0 map?

Any ides on this would be greatly appreciated.

For some reason I was able to download this file here, but not
through hotmail. So anyway...

Huge trims there, like code-setting lean. Is the MAF hooked up?
I forget now what the setup details are but maybe there is some
problem with stock MAF, non-stock table? Did you reflash with the
stock .bin entirely? I can see Cell 19 creeping toward the proper
AFR but it seems to run out of trim range before it gets there.
Higher-flow cells seem to be able to learn in but they are doing it
still with maxed LTFTs and very large STFTs.

MAF is hooked up. The tune I used is a stock tune that I used a while back. It is 100% stock except the DTCs are suppressed for !AIR and !EGR codes. It baffles me that it only happens at idle and not when driving. I figured if it was a bad MAF then I would get codes thrown and the A/F would be off all the time?

Log your O2 sensor oscillations at idle. If they are lazy you will see faltlining, indicating a lean condition. In this case, increase the O2 Error Base Airflow until oscillation occurs. Do you have a CAM? How big is it?

The gross lean error at idle with lesser error at higher
airflows is also the signature of a vacuum leak. Maybe
with all the TB swap-off etc. there's a bad seal somewhere?

I'd guess a vacuum leak too.

Yeap, I got some bad misfires when I had a bad vacuum leak too.

Look at your misfires-current in real time to be sure you
don't have a single-cylinder problem (like a plug wire come
unseated, etc.). This (dumping unburnt gas and air down
the pipe) could mess up mixture I expect. But I think leakage
is more likely.

With all the demodding is there a chance the EGR is just
left flapping at one end or the other? Lose the manifold
O-ring or like that? Definitely worth a carb cleaner or
propane test.

Well I took my HP Tuners and hooked it up to check for misfires. I am getting alot of misfires on cyl #1 and cyl#8. I then swapped wires 1 and 5. After swapping the plug wires it made no difference. So I can assume the wires are good. The plugs (NGK TR55) were changed about 100 miles ago. Tomarrow I plan on spraying brake fluid to check for intake leaks.

Turns out it was a intake leak like you guys said.

The gasket for cyl #1 was not in the grove at the corner and did not make a tight seal.

Thanks everyone for all the help.
