Default Need LS1 Programming Info

I am new to the LS1 Programming scene and don't know a whole lot.
I have a 99 Vette and my Dad has a 98 Camaro. We also do a lot of custom work to GM trucks and SUV's. We have been sending the PCM's out with a list of mods and getting them reprogrammed. We are to the point where it would be a wise investment to reprogram them ourselves. I'm looking to be able to do minor reprograms of the PCM to accomadate for cold air intakes, superchargers, bigger injectors, and different wheel sizes. I don't know much about the different systems and how they work. I have a tech II as well as a Genisys and also a regular laptop computer. What option would be best that would allow me to program multiple PCM's and allow to make desired changes. Any help would be great. Thanks
