Default Changed cam and other goodies, how much is the tune affected?

Went from stock oil pump, timing chain, rod bolts, MTI C2 cam, Manley valve springs/retainers to Thunder Racing ported/blue printed oil pump, Rollmaster heat treated double roller timing chain set, Patriot Gold dual spring kit, Katech rod bolts, and T-ReX cam. Well I went up to MTI today to get my adjustment for my cam and stuff, but when I get there, long story short, I was sent home because it got backed up. I was told to come back tomorrow morning and when I got home I got a message saying that Jason wont be able to tune it because hes going out of town. Well I had plans on going to the track tomorrow night to see what kind of gains Im going to get with the new goodies and now Im not so sure its going to be worth it without the tune. So my question is, how much is it going to hurt me not to tune the car for the new goodies?
