Ok for under the LH side of the dash they list
(10) Clutch Pedal Start Switch
(11) Clutch Pedal Position Switch

but the CPP switch signal is the only one connected to the PCM, checked both blue and green connectors, which is #35 gray wire. You sure your counting correctly??

yes, otherwise just got right to the connector under the dash thats connected to the clutch. Its a two wire connector with one pink (hot/ignition) and one gray (cpp signal). The pedal start is part of the starter relay circuit and has nothing to do with the pcm. If you have a service manual the CPP switch your trying to connect to is considered part of the cruise control circuit.
