Default Speed Density Tune

Is it possible to do it via LS1Edit. What would be my advantages of doing this? The car is a 100% drag car and has a solid roller 408ci motor with a 400 shot. Would this be a problem at all?

SD should be actually quite perfect for a single purpose machine like this. Less variables, less compromises, just one goal of perfect timing/AFR. You might be maxing out MAF with that much displacement, so why not just get rid of it? Just make yourself few different tunes for 70,80,90,100F and you should be good to go.
I don't know anything about tuning for nitrous, so i'll let others chime about this.

its possible...the easiest way is to get a decent scanner...and make up an excel spreadsheet to plot your VE and you should be set.

If you have your oxygen sensors still you could plug them in and watch your ltrms and tune according to them through the ve table. This is what I will end up doing for right now.

It is absolutely possible and many are doing it on here. I actually was doing it on my car before and have a customer's car setup the same way. The only thing is you will not have any correction for the 14.7 to 1 a/f ratio the pcm desires. In other words whatever a/f ratio you set will be set in stone with no ltrm manipulation.

I have had mine running without any oxygen sensors since December. I doubt I will ever go back. I had too many problems with them and now it is much easier to tune and the car runs great. I am working on a spreadsheet that will plot your ve table automatically. I'll post it up when it is finished. What scanning software do you have besides the Tech-2?
