Default fuel problem while crusing

this is for a 97 TA, LT_Edit OBDII, auto, and a turbo with 3psi 'test' boost

I just got my car back together (finally) and I noticed the car is running a 11.5/12.5ish mixture during crusing (pretty much any RPM) and if i start boosting it'll stay steady at around 11.5 (sometimes 10, but thats just a tune issue which i'll figure out, another issue lol) and as soon as i let off, the AF goes to 15, then jumps to 18-22 and car starts popping and missing etc... then i'll give it gas again, and it'll jump to 14-18 and mis, pop again, and after couple quick touches to the gas, back to normal cruise it'll go back to 11.5...

what can this be?

i was thinking VE tables for cruise, but why does it go REAL lean when i'm giving no gas at all? or when i give it gas after it goes lean...

anyone?

It's normal for it to go real lean when you let off the gas. The real problem is you're running at 12:1 instead of 14.7 at cruise. I have the same problem, and I think it's casued by the O2's cooling off. I'm replacing mine with the 'vette hot O2s.
