Default HPTuner FT min. learn % question???

I was looking over some BIN files today, and I made an interesting observation. Isn't the FT "min. learn %" in fueling the minimum value of the STFTs, negative or positive, that is needed to push the LTFTs away from their current value? Because in the Cadillac BIN files the value is set at 200, which would lead me to believe (especially since there is no LTFT disable option) that they do not use LTFTs. Is this the case? And why?

Well I have no idea what that stupid setting does, but it doesn't do much. I set mine to 200 and it had no effect on my trims. Weak.

I generally don't play much with closed loop parameters. As long as you have happy O2s theres not much else to change.
