Default keeping my cam sounding grumpy after tune

I just installed my f14 cam last weekend. Specs are 232/234 .598/.598 on a 112lsa. I really love how it sounds and want to keep it sounding mean after it gets dyno tuned. My car is an A4 and I was surprised I got it to hold an idle by just adjusting the TB screw(a lot of people said it wouldn't even be able to get me to the shop for a tune ). I would like to drop the idle down just a little. Right now its at about 1300-1400rpms. It hasn't died on me on the street once yet and seems to be running really well. The only thing is it won't start without a little gas and sometimes it gets a little shakey while I'm stopped and in gear. Do you think it will be possible to get a good tune and still keep that awsome cam sound?
