ses misfire after 30lb. injector swap???? help

ses misfire after 30lb. injector swap???? help My car has been sitting for over two months. I swapped my 26lb injectors for svo 30s during that time. I flashed the pcm using HP with the new injector control numbers and then started her up. I let her idle for 15mins. and I got a ses light (not blinking). HP showed misfires. #7 cyl. seemed to misfire the most.

Car never had this issue before the injector change.
What should I look to solve this mystery?

did you desensitize the misfires after the cam swap. go back and push on all the injector connectors to make sure they are all seated
