Default how well can you tune...

how well can my car be tuned...with mods in sig...right now it is "tuned" and i still can't run the a/c without the car cutting off...and on start up it jumps around once or twice...i'm trying to figure out how well you can get a car like mine tuned...

I'm sure it could be tuned better. I would start
with the idle airflow vs ECT table, set that to
slightly below the actual running idle airow you
log off the PCM with A/C off, you have two
lines for in-gear and P/N position. If you can
get values across a dead-cold start & warmup
period this will be even better, you can set the
airflow to (say) 90% of the observed airflow
that maintains your chosen idle RPM (or the
average if it's bouncing) and have a pretty good
backstop.

There's tuned, and there's tuned; ironing out all of
the quirks you see across the street driving envelope
is a whole different game than buffing it up on the
rollers. That's where you wish you had your own
tools, because killing little problems one by one at
shop rates is no bargain.

and the fact that it's 100 miles away from me doesn't help either...i've heard so much about revx's tuning and i figured it would be better...in fact it almost seems to be getting worse

I have found that most don't even do a street tune. They just tune it on the dyno and then might take it on the street to see if it runs ok.

really depends on the shop, I would call and talk to your tuner and see what they can do to help.
