Default Dual Electric Fans

Help needed to confirm I am doing things correctly.
I am using a Baker electonics controller with LS1 and stock pcm.
Fan outputs are Low and High speed when used with dual speed single fan.
But I want to drive one fan when Low is initiated and both fans when High is initiated.
Am I correct in assuming that when High is initiated Low is turned off ?
Thanks

no... the PCM keeps the low one on, and just kicks in the additional high. they both run.

Great , thank you - that makes life easier and one relay doesn`t have to take the current of both fans.
