Default Best way to log AFR vs RPM vs MAP

I have HPT w/ enahanced IO and wideband.

When tuning VE (Mafless), what are the best ways to drive the car while logging values?

For example

-Should I just drive at all possible tps vs. rpm vs. gear vs. speed that I can possibly try to simulate, even WOT, for a while (20 mins?)?
-Or should I just drive around at part throttle in all gears?
-Or just log in one gear?
