Default LTFTs at idle with previous "cam tuning of VE Table"

Before HPT, I used the online cam idle tuning guidance, reducing the VE table in the 600, 800, 1000 rpm areas, as well as timing etc. With HPT the LTFTs are all in the -4 to -8range, with exception of a few spots here and there I think transitional cells, and the idle. At cold start idle, the trims are pretty positive +12 +/-. Should I just continue tuning using the SD/STFT tuning guidance posted now, to include the idle and cold start idle area OR maybe put the VE table back to stock first and go from there?
My IAC Valve is sticking, time to replace, so I dont want to tune too much until the IAC is replaced. Other than the IAC and + startup idle Trims, the car runs great.

it definately could be the IAC skewing things, sometimes it idles like a CAT and other times it sound like a untuned surge monster. I prefer the smooth purr. Think I will end up tuning from its current tune, rather than reloading stock VE Tables since there really arent any issues. I do like HPT though.
