Default got proscan today!?

one bad thing. the CD is BLANK. i went to their site and downloaded the V2.0. and when i go to open up the program i get this


"The Application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click OK to terminate the appliciation"


what is up with this?? im downloading new updates for windows Xp right now.
and it never asked me to put in the serial number???

Couple of things

1. Is the computer you're installing it on capable of reading burned CDs? (Some older laptops can't read burned CDs... uncommon... but I've seen it before)

2. be sure to email proscan... I'm sure it was just a simple mistake and they'll fix you up asap

my laptop is only 2yrs old. and it will read burnt cds. i emaild them and they are gettin back to me. at what time did anyone put the serial number in? when installing? when opened for the first time? when first trying to connect to vechicle?

ok i uninstall proscan and reinstall it and i get the same thing. could something be up with the code?? and it never asked me for the serial number!!???

Damaged Registry Repair and Recovery in Windows XP
This is what (0xc0000135) means. but it says on a blue screen? mine is just a popup. what u guys think??

I installed the program, then when you start it, you go to file, and it try anything on there is when it will prompt you for the registration number.
