Default tuning a nearly stock car

so my car has a cutout and a lid on it, and a couple of free mods. a good friend has tuning software and can tune my car, but i don't think he's very familiar with tuning it. i'm just wondering if there are some very simple things that an expert doesn't know how to do that my friend can do to make the car run better (a/f, timing, etc).

thanks.

if he has hp tuners down load your file on your computer and go and log some idle, part throttle, and full throttle for about 20 min. then you can email me the log and the tune and i can change some things in there and explain what was done adn why, maybe help him out in a few things

i understand most of it pretty good, just not how to get my car run on big injectors lol
