Default what the the computer requirements for HPtuners

I am in the market for a HPTuner but i need to know what i need to support the tuner. i guess i am blind because i cant find it on their site.

ok, so i dont have to have a laptop? how long are the cables?

The problem using a PC is logging data, no way to transport and power in car. I sold a Compaq 150mhz laptop for 20 bucks, worked fine and had a good battery. check e-bay or numrous other sites for used laptops, just try to get one with good battery.
