Default threw a code p0300

i scanned my car cause "ses" light came on.....after a car wash in which the engine bay was sprayed down. I know i've cleaned the bay before in the same way and all was fine. This time after the wash i could tell there was a lil water in places it shouldn't have been (you know how the car coughs and stumbles) but after a few mins all was fine. Later i get in turn the car on and this code shows. It reads random/multiple cylinder misfire. After i scanned this i decided not to erase so i could save for future refrence(fix) but "ses" turned off. What gives???? The code is still there but the car doesn't seem to be having any problems. With a misfire i surely would notice something that wasnt right. So should i just erase this hidden code, or should i dig into to see if theres more than meets the eyes.....Tell me what you think

I think you just got something wet - if the light went off you should be fine. I've thrown it before - deleted it and has never come back. It stays as a history code for 40 cycles, unless you delete it.
