where to tune idle spark for cam?

Default where to tune idle spark for cam?

i wanna get my tune together for when i start my car with teh cam in, what cells should i be adjusting for the f13 cam (230/232 .595/.585 112+4) ? i know the map changes but didnt know how much to adjust in the spark tables.

I idle in the .16 g/cyl area and run about 23 deg timing at idle. I think stock was 18 degrees. My cam is pretty close to yours (233/233 112+2).

I second that. My timing is set at 22* with the same cam.
