where to tune idle spark for cam?

where to tune idle spark for cam? i wanna get my tune together for when i start my car with teh cam in, what cells should i be adjusting for the f13 cam (230/232 .595/.585 112+4) ? i know the map changes but didnt know how much to adjust in the spark tables.
