Default New to Tuning and Having Problems

I got my H/C installed and running last weekend. I have been trying to tune using the Tuning 101 doc, but things aren't going as planned. My car is very very slow & falls on its face on acceleration. My LTFTs keep saying 10-15 even after I adjust the VE table by +10.

I am starting to think something mechanical is wrong. Attached is my initial log, I thought the car was just running poorly because it needed tunning so I started to tune, now that i look at the inital log something is deffenitly messed up.

With the ammount of fuel I am dumming into the motor I will not be surprised if I have to replace the plugs and O2s.

Did you unplug your MAF? Have you been resetting your fuel trims before you log?

possibly a vacuum leak... both fuel trims are crazy rich, and the O2 sensors are switching very irradically

Though in SD , since hte MAF isn't used , only the MAP... i wouldn't think it'd be as big of a deal....

Possibly both exhaust manifolds leaking? or bad seal at both collectors?
