Mini alternator for LS1 Did a lot of searching in vain........ anybody know of a mini alternator that will work with my '97 Vette PCM? Relocating the unit downward (don't ask). Need to lose an inch on the diameter. Also, anybody know of any type of mini that can be modified to accept the newer electronics? Almost all are "one wire" hookups but the Vette needs to control the regulator from the PCM or you get the check engine light. Any help would be appreciated.
