HP tuner- can i change year of PCM?

I have 99 hptuner. I have another LS1 project in a nova im working on. if i get a 2000 PCM, can i flash it into a 99 by rewriting the entire thing?
possible?

if you have a 2000 license yes, otherwise you can have someone else w/a 2000 and 99 license do it... or a dealership should be able to (before I had this ability I was charged 50 bux to have a spare PCM reflashed)
