Question Question on replacing TPS.....

I am having a slight idle issue. It's a long story, and I already have another thread going about it. One thing I haven't tried yet is replacing the TPS and/or swapping throttle bodies.

If I do install a new TPS, or move the sensor to a different TB, is there any special "re-learn" that needs to be done?

The Helms manual says something about a special TPS relearn in addition to the standard idle relearn, but it doesn't say *how* you do it. Is it really necessary to do any relearns other than regular idle relearn for TPS swapping or replacement? If so, how's it done?

Any other special procedures for replacing the TPS, (PCM resetting, etc.) or is it just plug-and-play?

Thanks.
