I cant seem to work this out I have a surge problem bounces bad @ 400to1200 rpms.When its cold it starts when the Engine gets to about 104to110 degrees.When its warm it starts immediatly when started?But yet when I use my controls on HPT If i make it go to closed loop it clears up.So it is an Open loop problem that I cant seem to figure out.I mean its imbarassing when I stop to get gas or food whatever I cant go when its surging ,it just diesIts an A4 car.Please Help.....

Where is your idle speed set at? Can you post your tune for us to look at? Have you checked your IAC counts? If when the car is in closed loop it clears up, that to me almost sounds like your ve table isn't dialed in correctly.

I Forgot to mention , My cam is 230 227 on a 112 and I also have the TPIS 90MM TB.I can try to post tune later, How do I check my IAC counts?My Idle is 875 PN,and 850 in D
