Default P0152 and P0300 after large puddle?!?!

This is on a 1997 GMC jimmy. I ran through a mildy deep puddle and the next day I threw these two codes and the car has no power under load. I can rev in nuetral up to 4k or so but if I put it in gear and try to drive it stutters bad and will not drive past like 20 MPH.

I cleared the codes and the P0152 comes right back and the jimmy still has no power. The code says high voltage activity on the Oxygen sensor. Does this mean its bad or what?

Anyone ever thrown a P0152?
