tire size question...is it wrong?

Default tire size question...is it wrong?

i dont have the number off hand but when i enter my tire size, 275/40/17 into the calculator it puts out a bigger number than the setting that is in my computer? what is the height of the tire does anyone know off hand? or can let me know. just the stock ws6 wheel and stock sized nittos, thanks. (tried to search but its still giving me troubles)

your new tire size should be 25.66
from the factory they did not change the computer to read differently for different tire sizes....
so IF you got 16" tires..it was correct...
If you got 17" tires...it needs to be 25.66

ok so it still has the setting for 16 inch tires for the trans ams and the ws6 has to change? hmmm how much would that throw the speed off by?
