The PCM controls TC lockup based upon gear, TPS and MPH. Could you give us more information of what you are trying to achieve?

It's pretty straightforward if you adjust the TCC Apply/Release Speed vs %TPS vs Gear. If you want TCC disabled at any point put 256 in the cell. For example, I have TCC totally disabled for 2nd and third, apply it in 4th only. I start at 45 MPH and it slowly increases across the table. You could also set it at 45 across the board.

Is it possible other factors are keeping TCC from locking? Misfires, for example.

Take a look at mine for my 2001 Camaro SS. Or if you would like, send me your file and I will gladly take a look at it and help you fix any problems.

If you mean, lock it up at the far end of the track,
you can try that w/ HPTuners but most converters
don't like it. Not enough clutch for that kind of duty.
You may not even notice it except as an angry
squeal.

I've seen it said that some models will not lock through
shifts even though you have the checkbox. I don't
know about that, I only lock in 4th anyway.

i lock in 3rd with hptuners tcc table. Requests lockup at 100mph and locks at 110mph. Helps keep my car right in its powerband. I think it picked up my mph by 4!!! I do have a vig multidisc.

Sorry it was a little late when I posted and didnt exackly say what I ment..
Thanks for the help about locking it during non wot..

I need it to lock at the far end of the track or 3rd gear..

My converter has no issue with locking. Its a multi disc so it likes it

I can lock it with the vcm controls so that tells me that the converter isnt having issues right? I pick up 2mph and 1 tenth off nitrous when i do this. On nitrous I pick up 4mph and 2 tenths.

When I try to lock it at wot in 3rd it just doesnt do it...
I have logged misfires and that isnt the problem. Ill post some screen shots of what I have done and maybe you guys can help.

Candlebandit would you mind sending me your bin or telling me exackly what you did?
Whats your Tcc release %tps vs. speed set at?
