Snap on MicroScan Scan tool

My snap on guy let me borrow one of these to play around with.does anyone know if you can do any tuning with one?

i would think its just your typical drb II scanner, mine just tells me what codes i have and other little details. cant tune anything.

can't do any tuning with a scan tool, what you need is a laptop and HPtuners.
