Question PE vs. rpm question

I am trying to convert Maf translator +2% wot fuel to LS1Edit tune only, in other words eliminate translator. My info says to multiply PE table by 1.02 Now my question is do they mean multiply table numbers (ex. 1.130 x 1.02)
To add 2% fuel or only use the .130 x 1.02 to get the proper fuel increase?
Any help appreciated TIA

In Edit it multiplies by percentage. So to add 2% you need to enter 102 with no decimals points.

Ok makes sense but the entire table is listed as 1.120, 1.130, and so on so on. My question is do you multiply 102 x 1.120, or 102 x .120, so on and so on? Do you see what im getting at?

At the bottom right hand corner you will see "Edit whole table". Where it says "Value" type in that box 102 and then hit the Mult% button next to it. It will add 2% to the whole table.

Thanks i was hoping to clear up my question on the exact multiplication procedure because i only want to add the 2% to certain points in this table so i need to know. 102 x 1.230 is much different than 102 x .230
Am i confused here or do you see what im trying to understand?

lol, Sorry. Highlight the cells you want to increase by 2%, enter the 102 in the "value" box, check the "Use selected cells only" box underneath and hit the Mult% button. Hope this helps, not sure how else to explain it.
