Default air/fuel ratio question?

Just had my car at the dyno to check A/F ratio. The tech said that at WOT in the upper RPMs it was at 13.8 which is too lean. He recommended that it be retuned back down to the low 13's. I know nothing about this so I wanted to know if this is a good recomendation before spending money to have it tuned again. Thanks.

Low 13's or high 12's are where you wanna be. You might want to make sure you don't have any dirt or oil on your maf elements first though. If they're dirty and you clean them off that could richen you up the right amount.

Are you still natural aspirated? If you have boost, or nitrous you'll want to be a tad richer for safety then a NA car.
