KR Only in OD on A4

KR Only in OD on A4 Ok I have done some reading in my Corvette Fuel Book ,And it says that my TCC could play a role in this.My Tuner did change my Lock up for 4th gear.It locks pretty hard.When I give it say 10-20% and stay in 4th is when I see and Hear all the KR.I dont have it in any other gear.I wonder if I should change the mph on it with my HP Tuners?What do you Guys think?
