Default Running out of ideas on this cold surging. Please help.

So far:
I've dialed in my VE tables and MAF table with a wideband.
I've leaned out my Open Loop F/A tables so I'm only running 13-13.5:1 durring cold starts.
I've dialed in my RAF tables and Park Position Airflow tables so that my LTIT's are zero and STIT's are always less than +/- 0.5.
I've dialed in my IAC Effective Area table so Desired Idle Airflow and Dynamic Airflow overlap near perfectly.
I've tried a million different timing advance combinations.

I'm not sure what to try next. I just wish I could slow down the rate at which the IAC moves...seems like it keeps overshooting its target. I dunno
And it only seems to do it for the first minute or so.

If someone's figured this out, or has some more ideas, I'm open to suggestions.

Thanks.

It sounds like your 13 A/F at start up, That is too lean. At start up it needs to be richer and as the temp rises the the A/F starts to lean out and eventually to the ideal 14.7.1, Try adding some fuel at start up...

To slow down the the IAC, you need to reduce the Throttle Follower decay table by 50%. Makes a good bit of difference...

my car did this when it was running 10:1 a/f on start up. thats not the problem. its most likely the amount of timing that is being pulled out of the car. try to take the multiplier for the start up spark correction down in the cells that its at 1.0 down to 0.75 or 0.50, thats where i have mine and it fixed it on cold 40* start, at 30* its messed up still but its only 0.75 so i have to go lower. 0.45 worked for me, do this now becuase it will work lol (at least i hope it will like it did mine and checkmate's, he told me about this)

My start up correction multiplier isn't highlighted. How would I make this correction?
