Default Locked PCM ?
Can a LS1Edit locked pcm be reflashed to stock with a TechII??? I've already been informed that a HP Tuners locked PCM can not.

LS1Edit locked PCM will be no problem for TechII.
HPT and Flashscan locks will indeed stop TechII reporgramming the PCM.
