What is a good way to test O2 sensor?

Default What is a good way to test O2 sensor?

Using HPT scanner what can I look for to see if an O2 is slow and needs to be replaced? Thanks.

use the chart display. check to see if it fluctuatesif one is working you will be able to tell if the other is not.

Next question. Do they get slow and need to be replaced or just quit working all together?

both i would imagine. i have a lame one but i am in open loop so it doesnt matter.
