low RPM misfire all of a sudden

low RPM misfire all of a sudden The car has been tuned for awhile and ive had no misfires, but im starting to get them and when i read them with A-Tap, its telling me its around 2200rpm.
i have all the tables set so i dont get misfire codes at low rpms. This is why i dont understand why all of a sudden im getting them. I did notice though that i started to get the misfires right after a dyno session where they where having problems finding the rpm signal off of the coilpacks.
If they screwed something up with one of the coilpacks could that be the problem? even though i have the tables set to 32000?
