Default Will I have to reprogram after Injector Swap?!

Hey boys, I've been running really rich with my 42lbs injectors, so I bought a set of 30lbs....so will I need a reprogram before I install them...their the same brand...if that matters. I'm using them on my 383 Lt1...all programing was done by PCMforless...but I can't get ahold of him. thanks for the help.

Well at least I think that was my problem...it always has a miss right after start up at about 3K+, and now after it warms up, i'll hit a stop light, and it'll idle just fine, but when I start to go it misses and boggs, then it clears up again....then repeats at every stop signal...i was thinking that it was loading up at idle, because the injectors flow so much...I also have the fuel pressure turned down to 30psi...to help.
