Anyone tried a Ford or Dodge VSS? I posted this question in the tranny forum and the conversion/hybrid forum and got no response. I am using a 1997 3.8 series II V6 with a 1986 700r4 from a 4x4 S10 in a conversion. I was wondering if a VSS that is in a mechanical cable such as those made by Dodge and Ford in the 80's might work to run my PCM. Any ideas?
