MAF Spread Sheet and Excel Question?

I borrowed Microsoft Office 2000 ,Will this work for maf spread sheet?Also if I install this on my Table PC can I take excel only off my home computer with flash memory and put in my laptop?Thanks!

Office 2000 will work for the spreadsheet.

Can not move it from one computer to another via a flash key ( or any method ); you must install Office to a machine via the CD it came on.
