How do the Drive and Park spark tables effect driving?

How do the Drive and Park spark tables effect driving? How far into driving(After Take off and Rpms) does the Drive spark table effect driving?For instance I took my tuners table for my cam out which was advanced about 6-10 degree's over stock and found that lower rpm even 2000 rpm was sluggish.I dont mean fall on its face sluggish ,but a big power loss.I just would like to know this....Thanks!

log to see what fuel trim cell you are in and you will find out. i was having issues with too much timing and it was this table being too high. just log, if its in ftc....well **** i forgot but i have a post about this and a guy on here told me them all. but you will see idle fuel trim cell and it uses this timing
