How do you tune in the ve table on the 98?

Do you make changes to the secondary table at the same time... In SD the PCM only uses the secondary right?

Make changes to the primary, then copy even numbered rows to the secondary. There are other methods out there but this works for me. BTW, I have a 99 but 98-00 are the same. By even numbered rows I mean 10, 20 , 30 etc. as the secondary doesn't have 15, 25, 35 etc.

I thought you copied the whole first table into the second?

I imagine you can, and the secondary would just ignore the 15, 25, 35 etc. rows.
