Default stuck in open loop?

I had a bad o2 a while back and decided to cancel them out all together and just go to the dyno and do some serious tuning. The car ran great. I rencently decided to go with a fast 90mm set up and so more tuning is needed but I don't want to have to go back to the dyno. So I decided to turn my o2s back on and do some ltft correcting. I went back into the ol enable table and set it back to stock. I also went in and turned the codes back on, started the car waited for them to get hot and nothing. It just stays in open loop. I can't figure out why it won't go into closed loop. Any ideas?

Parameter 3801 and table 4205 should have the information you need to tell if CL is enabled or not

Where would I find this on ls1edit? I've set the cl enable temp back to stock and set the codes back to stock but I don't see anything else that would have to do with it.
