you paste your LTFT and STFT and out comes your new matrix of modifiers for primary or secondary table, whatever you need, ready to 'paste special->multiply by half %'

hope that's simple enough

I've already done the SD part I'm just looking for the MAF table section. Does it do that as well?

Thats great but I do not see where LTFT come into play for adjustments.
