Default No Power after 4000 Rpm

I don't seem to have no real power after 4000 rpm doing WOT, I been tuning with HPTuners, I have my VE 0 to -4, I have increased the timing, back out where I was getting KR but none now, It seems to be missing or feels like kr.
I have a 04 Holden Adventra 5.7l LS1, 12 mths old. My PE table is back to stock.
Would too much timing cause this?

I found what it was too rich at WOT, by putting my orginal tune back in & it was alright, I put the my latest tune back in, it was the same as before, I added .010 to my PE table & it was worse, I removed 4 points from 95 to 105 map all rpm range on VE table that I added a while back & put my PE table back to stock & I had my power back.
thanks

if you are rich, take away from the ve not add. what is your pe number? dont mess with the ve unless you know for sure its off. reset the ve how it was and finish tuning it right. your pe should be down closer to 1.16 or so. at least its where i started tuning my car at

It is back to stock values in those ranges now in the VE. The PE stock value is 1.089 0 to 4000 rpm 1.100, 1.120, 1.160, 1.160, 1.180 @ 6000 rpm & up.

well you have different tables then us. mine was stock at 1.25. take your stoich air fuel and dived by the pe and that should be close to the a/f you get if the ve is right.
