Ordering Megasquirt for my 98, what all do I need to order?
Im running a GT42, intercooled, 98 harness & ECU setup (ls1 conversion in a 89 5.0 mustang just finishing up). I have HPTuners for spark control, I only need megasquirt for fueling and the boost reading map sensor.
What all parts do I need to order to get this up and running to take over fueling under boost etc, any additional parts than the kit needed?
I have a extra sensors for IAT, coolant etc
I see people have different add ons and im not sure which ones I need and what other people are running. Im going to order up a Dynojet wideband setup as well. Do I need anything on the megasquirt to connect it? I planned on just using the factory harness for as much as I can (I dont mind cutting it up)
Do I need PCB2.2 or PCB3.0?
Which one of these would be the easiest and best value?
DIYAutotune has kit for $189 also
RS Autosport has the $249 kit
glensgarage has a kit that you build for $189

you will need a flyback board to run low impedence injectors
