Default Help me get rid of these pestering gremlins!

for some unknown reason my car has decided to act up this time more than ever. now I take pride in it and maintance it regularly i'm talking almost weekly if not every other day but for some reason this month or summer has been hell!! are any of these codes related in some way?

why so many? 02's (part #'s 13111) are new maybe 200 miles on them or less new dynatech lt's stepped headers. I just deleted these codes and the car woke up again feels really strong but I though these 02's would make the insuffiecient switching codes go away what's the deal?

Did u have a "basic tune" done? Basically deleting the rear o2's or maybe the egr provisions? Im not sure what the codes are but if it wasnt deleted from the PCM all in all they will just come back.

Not really a tune, more like my friend deleted emissions, egr, a.i.r, i have 02 sims for the rear, and i know that he deleted the p0135 code for the headers. but it's not really a tune

Check the 20amp eng sensor fuse in the fuse block closest to the headlight on the drivers side.
