Default SD tuning and automatic, issues idling

I am trying to SD tune and automatic and for some reason it doesn't want to idle. A/F is pretty close but for some reason when you come to an idle it wants to drop really really low in RPMs and slowly work its way to idle RPM. Is there something I am missing or is there a parameter that needs to be disabled when SDing a auto?

Is this when you are coming to a stop? Or when it is in Park?

Coming to a stop, idle drops to 300 or so.

only things i have found to cause that would be the idle timing transitions, idle airflow, effective area. after messing with those on my car and others it cleared up all the low idling issue, although you may have taken care of these already

Raise the base running airflow in gear.

Things I have noticed:
Timing is fine
Idle airflow looks to be very close
Effective area 0'd or with stock values have no difference in performance. Its something with the automatic.

sounds like RAF tables are off. at idle RAF is like MAF, the engine estimates load based on it, so if it's off, your trans will go 'funny in the head'
