Default when to change 02 sensors?

I have about 66000 miles on my stock 02 sensors with stock manifolds and stock cats. My question is; should the sensors be changed after a certain mileage or only when they cease to work? These sensors were also in the car when my front ram air took in a ton of water and hydro-locked the engine, but that's a whole other story. Any input ould be appreciated, thanks!

Default

O2s degrade gradually over time, but not on a strict timetable. Don't replace them just because you've reached a certain mileage benchmark. You'll get a DTC that says your O2 response is too slow or your LTFT may go way out of wack. When this happens you can start looking at your O2s. Otherwise spend you time and money on something else.
