Default Blower tune vs. N/A tune, what chagnes?

HOSS is going to be getting a blower soon, about 5 psi. i will be tuning the car for him. however, i have never messed with a blower before. when tuning what is different? i assume hp tuners 2 bar package will be needed?

how does it change tables like the timing and the ve? and is there any special way to go about things? thanks guys

Are you getting a complete kit? If so it will come with all the appropriate items needed, i.e. inline pump, larger injectors, relays ect. Of course the the A/F needs to be richer than N/A and the timing needs to be cut back the the correct Gms/Cyl. Dont forget the low octane tables too. You will have to change the mgz frequency for the maf so it doesnt max out. This is just a few, there is more to it.

sd tune we wont worry about the maf calibration unless its considered a vital part, which i dont think it is. as far as i knew, the timing would have to be lower. but how much lower? and i kow about the fueling, just didnt know if there was any more to it

Why bother with a SD tune with only 6 PSI?
From HOSS's homepage the engine internals are stock: in my opinion it would be better to use the MAF until it maxes out, but in this case (6PSI) it won't.
VE remains the same if you keep the stock MAP + standard VE table.
You need to reduce timing (15-20). Also Max brake torque.
If you keep the MAF you have to play with Max Delta Airflow (DTC 0101).
Also set a safe AFR using the PE vs RPM (11.5 - 12.0:1)
