Default Electrical Issue.

Here is the issue. Heads and cam TA M6, under hard acceleration, seems 12volt drops out. Car bucks and sputters, gages loose power. Kinda like you turn the car off and one very quickly. The tripometer, also resets itself. Car doesn't stall, and quickly returns to running fine. Heads and cam installed in March, tuned about two months ago. Problem started last week. I checked for abvious loose grounds, and power conections. Maybe bad wire off the battery? Any ideas?

Thanks,
Joe

Default

Is the battery secure ?

I've seen them tip back and short against the A/C dryer or other things under hard accelleration...

Might also want to check the connections at the battery since you've already looked through the electrical system...

Just a thought.

Maybe also watch for a voltage drop on the PCM when it happens (via a scan tool) ?
